6. No guaranteed compliance or security outcomes
ClearView Data Limited does not guarantee:
- Legal or regulatory compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, or any other applicable legislation
- Cyber security, breach prevention, or protection from cyber threats
- Audit readiness, regulatory approval, or ICO approval of any kind
- Certification under any cyber security, data protection, or information governance standard
- Any specific operational, commercial, or risk management outcome
7. Specialist advice
Legal, regulatory, data protection officer (DPO), cybersecurity certification, penetration testing, audit, insurance, and compliance advice should be obtained from appropriate qualified specialists where required.
ClearView Data Limited does not provide legal advice, act as a DPO, conduct penetration testing, or provide regulated financial, insurance, or compliance certification services.
8. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
